I funghi selvatici commestibili

Nella natura finlandese crescono centinaia di specie di funghi commestibili. Il raccolto totale annuale stimato dei funghi commestibili è di 1000 millioni di chili, con una media di 50 chili per ogni ettaro.

I porcini, i lattari, i gallinacci, i funghi invernali, i steccherini e i funghi del pane sono delle delizie tipiche di una cena d’autunno. Altri tipi di funghi commestibili comprendono la foliota grinzosa, la trombetta dei morti, il Hygrophorus camarophyllus e alcune specie di Russula.

La natura finlandese ospita anche funghi letalmente velenosi. I principianti della raccolta devono stare attenti ed evitare soprattutto funghi bianchi e le specie che crescono sui tronconi.
