Hevossilta favours meat and eggs from free-range animals complemented by vegetables and organic produce grown on local farms. The Hevossilta forests are protected natural habitats that enable berries, mushrooms and wild herbs to be foraged. Aromatic herbs, edible flowers and summer vegetables are grown on the farm. The verges of Hevossilta are full of superfoods – nature’s own energy – left to grow cleanly and naturally. We use these to make salads, spreads, desserts, sauces, preserves and also sauna creams, foot baths and soaps. We only use clean, local ingredients that are produced ethically and ecologically.
