Repovesikeskus is a shared channel for activities, sales and marketing
of tourism companies in the Kouvola region, enabling customers to receive the
desired services from a single point of contact. We have been working together
for more than a year with Finland’s wild vegetable ambassador, Sami Tallberg.
The Repovesi menus have been created as a result, focusing on wild food. In
several kitchens and on several excursions, we use wild elements in food
preparation and presentation. In addition to this, we offer related wild herb
and mushroom foraging excursions led by our foraged products trainer.
Food and excursions are available in the Kouvola region, Repovesi National
Park, the Verla world heritage site and several of the accommodation locations
belonging to our group.
